One license allows you to create one unique traffic log for one station or channel. It includes access to all AdMaster features for that station, unlimited user accounts, cloud hosting, all future software updates, and our full support.
What is a "unique traffic log"?
A unique traffic log is a distinct ad schedule for a 24-hour period. If you have 10 transmitters all airing the exact same ad breaks, you only need one license. If you have 3 regional splits with different ads, you would need three licenses.
How do I make a purchase?
The easiest way to purchase is directly from your AdMaster account using your credit card or Paypal. For annual licenses or larger volume purchases, we can also issue a pro-forma invoice for an IBAN wire transfer. Please contact us for this option.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. There are absolutely no setup fees, hidden costs, or long-term contracts. The price you see is the price you pay. Our payment processing provider will automatically add your local taxes, if applicable by your local law.
Can I cancel my monthly plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, directly from your account dashboard. You will retain full access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after my 60-day free trial ends?
After your free trial expires, your account will be paused. To comply with our Terms of Service, your customer and campaign data will be permanently deleted 15 days after the trial period ends. You will still be able to log in to your account after this period to purchase a license, and your commercial break configuration will be saved, but you will be starting with a fresh setup regarding your clients and their campaigns.
Are there any limitations on the license at a discounted price?
Yes, there is one limitation. The cloud storage for the discounted license is limited to 300MB, compared to 1GB for the standard license.
Can I purchase additional storage?
Yes, absolutely. Additional storage can be purchased directly from within the AdMaster application, just like a standard license. For your reference, an average radio station typically consumes around 300 MB of storage space per year, unless it uses uncompressed audio formats like broadcast WAV.
How does the Small Station Discount work?
The 75% discount is designed for the smallest stations that meet several criteria. After you submit your order for the discounted annual plan, our team manually reviews the information you provided (like your station's website and public records) to verify eligibility. This process usually takes up to one business day. We do this to ensure the discount is applied fairly.
I am a consultant or retailer. Can I get a commission?
